UK Shipping & Delivery

UK standard delivery (3–5 working days) starts from £0.99 and UK quicker delivery (2–3 working days) starts from £1.80, depending on order weight. These services include Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland.

Free standard UK delivery is available on orders of £45 or more.

Free UK Second Class delivery on selected individual cards

Selected individual cards from Clanna Cards, Country Cards, Gemma Keith Designs, Rothbury Publishing and Alex Sharp Photography are £3.99 each and include free UK Second Class delivery.

This offer applies only to individual cards in our Cards with Free UK Delivery collection. Multipacks and box sets are excluded. Other items in a mixed basket may carry a delivery charge.

For other locations and services shipping costs start from just £1.99 and are calculated and displayed on a per order basis depending on the items ordered and your address.

The costs for shipping will be displayed in your shopping cart prior to you confirming your order and making payment.

For Friday/Weekend orders these will be shipped on the Monday (excl Bank holidays which will be from the next working day).

Example:

For orders placed after 10:30am on Friday or on a Saturday/Sunday the items will be picked, packed during the day and despatched at the end of day on the Monday. Thus the first full working day will be the Tuesday.

For Express (2-3 wrk day) orders the expected period of delivery would therefore be on the Thursday or Friday and for Standard (3-5 wrk day) shipping it would be on the Friday or following Monday.

Couriers

To ensure your order gets to you safe, secure and in the quickest possible time we employ the services of some of the UK's best known and most respected delivery services including Royal Mail, DX Delivery, Hermes and Amazon Logistics Services. Your item therefore may arrive in their branded outer delivery packaging.

Whilst we usually despatch within one working day we are aware that in some parts of the country, delivery services are still under staffing pressure and some slight reductions in service may occur.
